# Supprimer une entreprise

**DELETE /company/{uid}**

Supprime (désactive) une entreprise.

**Restrictions:**
- L'utilisateur doit être administrateur de l'entreprise
- L'état passe à 'inactive' (soft delete)

**Événement déclenché:** DELETE_COMPANY
